Strengths: Statistician, avid groomer, patient, cool headed
Weaknesses: Arrogant, always needs to have the last word, narcissistic, use of knock knock jokes at the worst times, says sorry when doesn't really mean it
Back story: Wyoming is known as the Hunter. There is no one he can't find and no one he can't get to. With his sniper at hand, his target wouldn't even know he was there until they already had a hole in their skull.
Combat is dreadfully messy, that is why long range became Wyoming's mode of fighting. Between his target's spitting, crying, pissing, and eventual bleeding, Wyoming decided long ago to keep his hands clean. Literally of course, not figuratively. He could count exactly how many targets he has taken down but then people might ask exactly how much he was making and then he would have to kill them as well. And that is just bad business killing someone for no pay.
Wyoming has lived on Adaptive his whole life and while he pretends he came from good stock and has the bluest blood a mammal could have, he did not have a cushy upbringing. Between his parents abandoning him just as a plague cloud rolled over head and growing up alone in the under cities, he really has no claim to a good background. Of course, as soon as the paychecks started coming in for the work he did he was able to buy a new past. And that was how Reginald was born, and Agent Wyoming made his mark.
His choice of profession was fairly easy to fall into. In fact, that is exactly what had happened. His first job was a woman who lived in a high security tower and really the only way to infiltrate it was from above. Parachuting while sniping was probably not the most effect mode of assassination but it looked great on Wyoming's resume.
Sample: Wyoming is grooming in front of a mirror and has to choose between which of his modded helmets to use for the job. He does the one with the Queen of England identification.
With the exact precision that years of being a sniper has given him, Wyoming took his sharpest knife and brought it close to the face. His breathing was even and his eyes pinpoints as he focused on the path of the knife. Too low and an artery is cut, but too high and all there is are new scars.
A single strand of hair fluttered to the ground as Wyoming made the cut.
Looking in the mirror, Wyoming smirked at himself. “Perfection.” His mustache was perfectly groomed and no other hair marred his face.
Humming under his breath, he dragged himself away from the mirror. He had a job to do. And he was going to do it.
Wyoming took a step into his closet of helmets and weapons. Tilting his head, he brought his had up to twist on his mustache as he surveyed the contents. He had several helmets, each with their own unique identity chip. Standing there and reflecting, his eyes traced all the identical white helmets.
“This one will do,” Wyoming stated as he picked up one from the second shelf. This was a low profile assassination where no one would care to know what happened. Using an old alias would have no repercussions.
Putting his helmet on and grabbing his least favorite sniper, Wyoming was ready for his job.
Later that night, when Wyoming snooped on the intel concerning his job to see how clean he got away all he found was gossip about how the Queen of England's identification chip had been scanned in their area.
